I would fully recommend Go Panda. From beginning to end they were brilliant The initial survey was thorough and questions I wasn’t sure about answered clearly. Also phone calls were answered promptly

On the day the three removal men were on time and emptied the house quickly and professionally All were friendly and reassuring. At the end of the day when keys weren’t released they waited for nearly two hours without complaint. I can’t fault them at all and wish them well for the future.

Go Panda helped us move this summer and we honestly couldn't have been happier. We paid for the packing service and they did an amazing job. What would have taken us three weeks took about 4 hours with their team. They were so careful with all of our belongings which were in storage for two weeks before being re delivered to our new house. Everything was in great condition and nothing broken - even the most fragile things. Tristan, Danny and Ben were so polite and professional. Huge thanks for taking the stress out of moving. Highly recommend!

A nightmare from start to finish.

They kept changing the pick up date then, when we'd agreed a date, they kept changing the time. We were driving back from Birmingham to get to the pick up at the agreed time only for them to call us and say that they were already there so could we hurry up.

It was worse with the drop off. They again kept moving the date out and saying that they now wouldn't deliver to our 2nd floor apartment even though they previously said they would. So I hired help but, because GoPanda kept messing us about, I kept having to cancel and pay a fee.

When our stuff was finally delivered, some boxes were smashed, some were water damaged and one piece of furniture was broken.

Seriously, avoid these people.

NOTE: this was booked under my wife's name, job ref 13802.

UPDATE: we discovered that boxes were missing. This was an international delivery and now the UK operation is blaming the Portuguese operation and vice-versa. The customer service people have washed their hands of the whole thing.

Used Go Panda for a move within the Cardiff area. - The quoting process was simple and the move day was faultless. They managed to pack a 3 bed house in less than 3 hours - which was quite impressive.

The boys were careful with the furniture -polite and friendly. They provided TV and mattress bags (Free of change).

Solid and robust crates rather than cardboard boxes - and allowed me time to unpack the the crates in the new house before collecting them.

All in all - a very impressive and professionalism service. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family.

Who were equally as impressed With the service they received.

Can honestly say that Go Panda were amazing throughout the entire process of moving. Sian was so helpful at the end of the phone and the guys who did our move on Friday and Saturday (yes it was over two days, completely unplanned) were absolute angels!! Without the advice, support and flexibility offered to us by all of the team at Go Panda, I don't know what we would have done! Thank you all from us both. After getting quotes from several companies my grandson suggested we should try Go Panda as he had seen one of their vans on the way home from school. We did and have never regretted it.

The assessment of our items to be moved was strait forward . The guys arrived exactly on time and their cheerful no worries attitude made the day go smoothly. All our items were well looked after from potted plants to a canoe.

Moving heavy items up to a second floor flat, without a lift, was done without any complaints.

What more can I say. They were great. Give them a try .

We engaged Go Panda to move us out of our house of 18 years and take all of our belongings into storage for a couple of weeks before moving us into our new build.

The office team, in particular Sion, were really helpful and organised.

The removals team of Tristan and Ben were so friendly and calm. We were far from ready when they turned up and they just worked around us whilst we pack the remaining boxes. There was no fuss at all - they just cracked on. Anything we hadn’t packed they just took care of loading it carefully onto their truck.

We requested the same guys to move us in and again they were chirpy, friendly and helpful even though we kept them waiting on a Friday afternoon because the developer was still tarmaccing the pavement outside our house!!

All of stuff is up damaged including a couple of big framed cinema posters with glass fronts and 2 big mirrors.

So, thoroughly recommend Go Panda for a professional, friendly, efficient service.
